Aloft gastronomy

Aloft Kathmandu Thamel hosted the US-Nepal Gastronomy Exchange, bringing Michelin-starred chefs from the US, France, Singapore, Dubai and Nepal. The highlight La Grande Bhoj held on 9 November reimagined Nepali flavours over seven courses such as bara with bhang sauce, sisno geele, yak cheese foam, an egg, and juniper-ginger aila.
