Mushroom mushrooms

Nepal’s mushroom harvests have made it self-sufficient in the food, and generates an annual turnover of Rs20 billion, with about 35,000 farmers producing nearly 50,000 tons. Varieties include oyster, button, shiitake, and king oyster mushrooms.
