Rasuwa floods

Repair efforts have begun on the Rasuwagadi-Kerung border following extensive damage due to last week’s flash floods. Nepali and Chinese teams are working and aim to resume cross-border operations within 10 days. The floods also damaged key hydropower projects along the Trisuli River Corridor, such as Rasuwagadhi (111MW), Chilime (22MW), Trishuli (21MW) and Devighat (14MW).
