Urban Agriculture

Lalitpur Metropolitan City in partnership with UN-Habitat has initiated the Urban Agriculture Development Project for food security, boost household capacity, and link produce to markets. The Karesa app which was launched during the event focuses on pollution control, entrepreneurship, and urban aesthetics. The program trained 47 participants, underlining the significance of urban farming, cost savings, and innovative time management.
