Food prices rose by nearly 14% last year, but may drop this year, according to Nepal Rastra Bank. Prices of spices went up by 26.61%, dairy products and eggs by 10.41% and tobacco products by 8.49%, household goods by 9.65% and furnishings and household appliances by 8.27% last month.
