Ncell updates mobile app
Ncell launched its new version of its mobile application on 22 February, enabling users to access customer care and subscribe to Ncell services via the app. On the occasion, Ncell is giving away 1GB worth of data for free to every customer who downloads the app for the first time. The updated app was launched as part of the Ncell’s ongoing campaign #FastForwardLife which aims to encourage customers to reimagine the future and fast forward their lives through digital connectivity.
Customers can perform online recharge, subscribe to voice and data packages, track monthly bills, activate and deactivate services, and register complaints through the updated app, available at the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
