The Yak & Yeti's famous Chimney Restaurant was founded by the legendary Russian, Boris Lissanovitch and the lighting of the chimney in his restaurant is something of a tradition. And who better to light the chimney this year than Mrs Nazarova, wife of the Russian ambassador, who did the honours on 24 November. Borstch, anyone?
