The foundation stone of Gokuleshwor Secondary School in Darchula to be built with financial assistance of Rs75 million from India, was laid by Basist Nandan, First Secretary of the Embassy of India in Kathmandu, and Bijay Singh Dhami, Mayor of Shailyashikhar Municipality.
