Bärbel Kofler, Parliamentary State Secretary to the Federal Minister for Economic Cooperation and Development, is in Nepal for a four-day official visit until 31 October, during which she will focus on issues of women’s rights and health, as well as the impact of the Bhote-Kosi flood in meetings with officials of the Nepal government and civil society.
