Himalayan Airlines has resumed scheduled direct commercial flights between Kathmandu and Shanghai with its Airbus 320s leaving TIA on Mondays and Fridays and returning the next day. The airline is a joint venture between Tibet Airlines and Yeti Airlines and serves four destinations in West Asia, six in China, as well as Dhaka and Kuala Lumpur.
