General Dhiraj Seth, Indian Army COAS was in Nepal for a four-day official visit this week and was conferred honorary rank of general in the Nepali Army by President Ram Chandra Paudel. General Seth also met with Prime Minister Balendra Shah, who is also Defence Minister. Indian Ambassador to Nepal Naveen Srivastava was also present.
