Help has arrived. The question which always plagues South Asia - management. Who gets what, where, how and when. Medical care, food, shelter its all here - in kathmandu. Now we need to get to the countryside - which is just that - countryside.
The government never setup a national disaster human resource management system. There is no way to tell what to send where. Kathmandu airport is overflowing with foreign aid and no where to go...
(truth in disclosure - I was asked to setup an ad hoc wireless n/w setup in various districts to be able to communicate basic needs to ktm...I hardly know where to start when things are just falling apart...)
