People from the Kirat community celebrate Udhauli festival in Nakhipot on Tuesday. Dressed in their traditional attires, they dance to the Sakela.
Udhauli is an annual festival celebrated by the Kirat community of eastern Nepal to mark the migration of animals and birds to lower altitude regions which symbolises the harvesting season.
