On Lhuti Punhi, the full moon day of April, Hindu and Buddhist devotees flock to the Bais Dhara- the 22 stone water spout, in Balaju to take a holy bath and pay homage to the Hindu deity Budhanilkantha. They also climb the Jamacho hill to worship at the Buddhist stupa on top.
