The 2.6km Nagdhunga-Sisnekhola tunnel was inaugurated last week after six years of construction. Infrastructure Development Minister Sunil Lamsal, Japanese Ambassador Maeda Toru and President of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) Tanaka Akihiko were present for the ribbon-cutting ceremony carried out by a construction worker of the tunnel.
