LOVE FOR OSLO: Following Friday's tragic attacks on government offices in Oslo and on a youth summer camp at Utoeya, Norway, a book of condolences was kept at the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Pulchok, Lalitpur on Tuesday. The signing will be open until 1pm, Wednesday.
