Around 179 people displaced from squatter settlements in the Kathmandu Valley have been temporarily sheltered at facilities in Bhaktapur the Nepal Electricity Authority training centre in Kharipati and the Agricultural Training Centre in Thimi. Food and lodging health check-ups and mental counseling are also provided.
