Maoist Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal has briefed his partners in the Federal Democratic Republican Alliance (FDRA) about the latest progress in the peace process and constitution drafting process. Dahal discussed the outcomes between the NC,UML and UCPN-M leaders political parties and said he was satisfied with the progress made so far.
"He informed us that talks with the NC and UML are moving in a positive direction and soon there will be consensus on major issues," said spokesperson of the alliance, Prem Bahadur Singh.
The leaders of the FDRA met at UCPN-M headquarters in Paris Danda on Tuesday at the request of the Maoist Chairman, who also heads the alliance. The newly formed alliance has also outlined agendas that will be discussed this afternoon. The next meeting of the alliance has been called for Thursday. RSS
