A 'Citizens Help Desk' is to be set up at police offices to provide with pro-people police services in a bid to enhance civic trust on police. It aims at offering transparent public service delivery.

The help desk will start at the offices of commissioners, traffic division and its subordinate units, metropolitan city crime control division, sector, circle and range from 18 August, according to information shared at a press conference organised on Monday by the Office of Metropolitan City Police Commissioner.
