CPN-Maoist chairman Mohan Biadya has taken responsibility for the bombings across the country to foil the second Constituent Assembly election in November. Two people lost their lives and many were critically injured including an eight year old boy who lost his right hand during the arson and bombings.
"Our party takes the responsibility of all the bombings to foil election," said Baidya at a press meet in Kathmandu today. The party had earlier denied its role in the arson and bombings.
On 14 November CPN-Maoist cadres threw petrol bomb on a passenger bus which killed Ramesh Yadav and left 13 others injured. Similar attack on moving truck at the Nijgadh-Patlaiya road by the same party killed the truck driver Rajkumar Deuja.
