Quake victims receive relief

Nepal Red Cross Society, Nuwakot, on Sunday distributed relief materials to ninety families of earthquake victim in the district.

The quake victims were provided with tents, utensils and clothing amidst a function in the district headquarters, said NRCS Nuwakot President Ganesh Kumar Nepal. Only 90 families were provided with relief materials out of 200 families that have lodged applications in the NRCS seeking relief. Relief materials will be distributed to other victims as well, said the NRCS officials.

So far, 205 quake victim families have received relief from the district administration office after the 18 September earthquake.
