The High-level Taskforce has prepared a report on the progress it has made since its inception on 11 October. Its term expires today.
The taskforce is to present the progress report in a meeting of the 27 political parties tomorrow. The meeting will decide on its extension.
Among some 200 contentious issues regarding the constitution writing, the taskforces settled more than 100 issues so far. However, major issues regarding the form of governance, judicial system, restructuring of state, election system, pluralism and national flag are yet to be settled.
