Just as towns in the eastern coast of USA ravaged by Sandy last weekend get back on their feet and assess the damage, the country is gearing up to go to polls on 6 November to elect its 57th Head of state. President Barack Obama and Republican candidate Mit Romney are nearly in a draw according to national polls campaign that has cost more than US$2 billion and analysts predict that the storm will shrink the voter turn out and make the race even closer.
