Finance Minister Swarnim Wagle has been elected vice-chair of Asian Infrastructure Development Bank (AIIB) during its annual meeting in Doha this week. Wagle urged the bank to invest in roads, hydroelectricity, communications and information technology as well as reconstruction after floods.
