Bolstered by the High Level Political Mechanism's (HLPC) decision to invite his party for talks, CPN-M Chairman Mohan Baidya has said today he would only listen if the agreements made to bring Khil Raj Regmi into power were scrapped.
"Their flexibility doesn't mean anything unless they agree to a national-unity government to oversee the polls," said Baidya at a programme organised by the student wing of his party in Kathmandu.
On Saturday, the HLPC decided to hold an all-party meet and amend key agreements if CPN-M agreed about polls on 19 November. It also announced there would be no changes in government before the CA elections.
